Returns and exchange

1.I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

   If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from luxuryhut.co.uk. You can return your item(s) for a
   full refund within 365 days of purchase. (Returns must be unused, in the address you
   received them, and in the original packaging.)
   The easiest way for you to return the merchandise is to download and fill in our return form, send
   it to service@luxuryhut.co.uk

Return Instructions: With luxuryhut.co.uk 365 day return policy, there are no special catches or
exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and
make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.
1. You can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the purchase date.
   Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or
   packaging.
2. Return shipping fee is required to be paid by buyer.
3. Please do not send your purchase back without our permission.
4. Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 48
   hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to
   your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on
   your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is
   applied for it to post to your account.
5. Please do not send your purchase back to sender address which is displayed on your parcel.

2.I want to exchange my purchase! What do I do?

3.How long does it take for me to get a refund?

   Once it is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 48 hours of receipt),
   your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of
   payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, your credit may
   take an additional 2-10 business day to reach to your account during the processing time.

4.Is there any discount for bulk/volume purchases?

  YES! The discount applies to you automatically when you made payment at checkout.

Shipment and Delivery

5.Is it free shipping?

   Yes! Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, luxuryhut.co.uk offers
   free shipping all over the world. The orders placed on our website, with no minimum order, sizes
   or special exceptions.

6.How long will it take to ship the order to me?

   We offer free shipping all over the world. Furthermore, luxuryhut.co.uk understands that getting your
   items quickly is important to you, so we also offer an express delivery by FedEx. Express delivery
   is not available for free shipment.
  
     We are sorry that P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered.
   For the US territories, please leave a comment when you placing the order. For example, if you
   were in Guam, Puerto Rico, you could state Guam, Puerto Rico in the country section.
   Customers from Brazil should leave a message to provide us your 11-digit CPF as your
   custom needs it

7.How can I trace my order?

   You tracking number and the express company website link will be given in about 3-5 working
   days by email after we received your payment.

  Attention: If you choose the free shipping option, your parcel would be directly delivered to your
    local post office. We will inform you immediately once it arrived. Please take your tracking
    number and your personal ID to collect your items.

8.What forms of payment do you accept?

   luxuryhut.co.uk currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, switch, American Express, and PayPal for all order.

9.Is it safe to pay by credit card or debit card on your site?

   Yes! luxuryhut.co.uk understands that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to
   you. We use a wide array of electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect your
   personal data from unauthorized access. Furthermore, we are not holding any card information for
   you as your information will be submitted to the third party—PayPal. For further information,
   please see our Security Policy.

10.I lost my luxuryhut.co.uk store Credit coupon code, how do I get it?

   You can find your Zentai Store Credit coupon code in the email you were sent when your return
   was received and you were given Zentai Store Credit. If you lost this email or cannot find this
   email, you may obtain your Zentai Store Credit code by emailing the Zentai Customer service
   Team, who would be more than happy to email you another within 24 hours as we are unable to
   provide the code by phone.

11.Do you charge customs duty on any countries?

   The buyer could be required by law to pay customs duty on order ship to Western Europe. The
   appropriate charges could be required when the customer receives the parcel. Although luxuryhut.co.uk
   is always trying to minimize the amount of customs duty, it still highly depends on receiver’s
   government customs policy.

Cancellation

12.How do I cancel my payment?

   Your order begins processing immediately after you click "Place Your Order" on the "Confirm and
   Submit" page. Our processing time is about 3 days. During processing time it may be possible to
   cancel your order, but once you received your tracking number by email, it cannot be canceled.
   If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, you can return any
   unwanted items in accordance with our free returns policy.

13.Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?

   Yes! If an item you order from luxuryhut.co.uk goes on sale within 10 days of your original purchase we
   will request the refund and the difference will be issued.

14.The suit I want is out of stock. What do I do now?

   luxuryhut.co.uk is very sorry that the item that you need is out of stock. Please email our customer
   service. When your size, color, and style become available you will receive a confirmation email
   by them letting you that your item is available for purchase. Items are available on a ‘first come,
   first served’ basis, so please make sure that you place your order quickly.

15.Is the item I want going to go on sale soon?

   Unfortunately, luxuryhut.co.uk does not know if an item will go on sale or be marked down until it
   actually happens. It is possible for different colors within the same style to have different prices.
   For instance, if a blue suit is selling better than a yellow one, one might discount the yellow suit to
   boost sales.
   The best way to catch a great sale would be to visit the sale page.

PayPal

16.What is PayPal?

   PayPal is a payment method for online purchases enabling buyers and businesses to send and
   receive money online. As of today, PayPal has over 100 million member accounts in 190 countries
   and regions. One advantage of using PayPal payment method is that it offers faster, safer and
   easier checkouts and promises to protect customers from revealing their credit card and other
   financial information to the merchant.

17.How do I sign up for PayPal?

   You can sign up for a PayPal account by going to https://www.paypal.com.

18.How do I use a Paypal payment option?

   Existing PayPal users who would like to use PayPal payment method when placing an order can
   click on the "Checkout with PayPal" button when checking out. New PayPal users who would like
   to use PayPal as a payment method will be redirected to the PayPal website to sign up for an
   account and will be presented with the "Checkout with PayPal" option when they get back to the
   website.

19.What do I do if I have questions about my PayPal account?

   You may contact PayPal customer service by calling 888-221-1161 or go to
   https://www.paypal.com for support and additional information.

20.How is billing done for PayPal?

   Customers who sign up for a PayPal account must sign a Billing Agreement which will authorize
   the merchant to take out their payments directly from their PayPal account. Only then can the
   customer be able to control how to pay for their purchases. For detailed information, customers
   can contact PayPal customer service by calling 888-221-1161.

21.When are funds transferred out of my PayPal account for my order?

   PayPal withdraws money from your PayPal account immediately after checkout. If the balance is
   lower than the total payment, PayPal offers credit products or the option to pay from your bank
   account or a credit card. Customers who do not have a PayPal account at this point will need to
   use a valid credit card to complete the payment. For detailed information, customers can contact
